Arturo Reyes Cisneros is a seasoned cybersecurity executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of global experience in network security, governance, and risk management. Currently serving as Executive Director / Global Network Security Leader at a major Wall-Street firm, he oversees critical functions including Network Security Operations, SRE & Observability, Policy & Governance, and Incident Management & Response across North America, EMEA, and Asia. Arturo is also the founder of a Montreal-based MSSP focused on scalable, state-of-the-art cyber services. Certified by leading institutions such as GIAC and (ISC)², he is passionate about Zero Trust Architecture, AI-Ops, and quantum security. Beyond cybersecurity, Arturo shares insights on leadership, strategy, and technology through writing and speaking. He also enjoys cycling, and exploring global cultures.
